Not too easy. Not too difficult.
I would recommend this class because it really makes you think about life and your decisions. It requires a lot of in depth thinking and analyzing, especially key moments of your life. It also helps you develop new outlooks on life and adopt new, healthy habits.
There were so many highlights in this course. You get to learn about who you are as a person and what played a role in making you that way. I learned that there are changes that need to be made to my life such as-managing stress, diet changes, exercise changes, being more active, focusing on my personal relationship more, etc.

In order to get the full benefits of taking this course, you must be willing to open up your mind and look at the big picture. You have to be willing to discuss the possibility of change in your life and the way you look at things.
