    Course Overview:

    This course helped with the understanding of contemporary issues in organizational leadership. The instructor was very knowledable.

    Course highlights:

    Very interesting. Material of course was helpful and enabled me to gain knowledge to apply towards my current position.

    Course Overview:

    The course is a must for those working toward an MBA organizational leadership, it is challenging but it will teach you the basis to be a better leader, Dr. Friske, is one of the better professors I have had in my degree, very interactive.

    Course highlights:

    As a leader one must be understanding, ethical, empathetic, inspirational, but not so good that no one listens to you, you must maintain the air of authority, your vision is what will lead others to do great things, which will in tern lead you to do great things.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

    If you are a leader or you want to be one take this course, with this professor if you can.
