Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

For MGT 435 at Ashford University it would behoove the student to know how to mitigate change within an organization. Many of the topics discussed are focused on the resistance to change within the company shown by employees under your management and how to mitigate this resistance. I wish the best of luck to all reading this response.

    Course highlights:

Learning the steps to create an atmosphere that would be welcoming to change within the company, being accepted by all employees and mitigating the resistance that may be shown by a few.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Study the course materials carefully. This course may seem like it is focused on one topic but the subtle differences in changes within an organization could mean the difference between success and failure when managing the change.
