    Course Overview:

    This is a great course and the instructor is fast at giving feedback and clear communication. This was one of my first masters class and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

    Course highlights:

    I gained a lot of knowledge on how to communicate with my subordinates especially when they do things different than what I am used to. This class taught me the importance of being openminded and clear communication.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    I think anyone who has a leadership role or wants one should take this class. There is a lot to learn in communicating with people you work with.

    It is a requirement to complete the Master of Business Administration degree

    Course highlights:

    Motivational concerns in the work environment help to improve and food adequate tools to counteract poor communication skills.

    Course Overview:

    It makes you stop and think about how everything works in an organizational setting. This class also makes the student think about how they should see a business vs. how a lower-level employee see the business.

    Course highlights:

    If the leaders' of an organization do not promote a sense of ethics and good will, the whole organization will follow. After establishing the role of ethics in the organization they must be continually revisited. Adjustments can be made as needed just as many organizations are doing to incorporate more emphasis on the good things they are doing for the environment.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

    Make sure you stay up with your assignments and put great effort into everything. That is what Professor Mathur expects from students.
