    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The course isn't that difficult. The professor however reviews paper work with a fine tooth comb. I have never had a professor who was so thorough so make sure you double check your work!

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course is that if youve ever worked, it is more like a review of things you have already experience such as PMFs. The most difficult part was creating a appraisal without having the professor deduct points for using the same word twice in the paper.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Turn in your discussion post in by Thursdays because she will deduct half of the credits!!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course established a solid foundation for writing papers related to Human Resource Management. The instructor from day made it clear that she would be grading papers on the level she expected of students in a 300-level course. She was constant across the term and provided clear guidance for correcting errors. The course information itself provided a foundation for more advanced courses in the future.

    Course highlights:

This course enabled me to advance my research skills, as it required several well-supported papers. I learned that Human Resource management plays a critical role in business development, especially for larger organizations.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you know how to use the Ashford library to conduct scholarly research. You will need to understand the difference in a resource versus a scholarly resource along with the correct way to cite them in APA format.
