    Course Overview:

    I believe all students who plan to enter the business sphere, whether private or public, should have an understanding of the core functions of Human Resources in order to effectively seek advice regarding their own careers as well as being able to direct their fellow employees and subordinates to the appropriate agency for help when they need it.

    Course highlights:

    I have learned the basics of core HR functions and how they apply to the strategic objectives of any company. Topics covered include recruiting and hiring, performance management and appraisal, training and compensation and benefits.

    Read the provided text thoroughly, as well as the case studies which demonstrate practical application of the concepts covered in the course.

    Course Overview:

    I was nervous to start a new online school at first, but I love Ashford University. All the advisers call and check in on me making sure that I am doing well in my course. I am so glad that I chose Ashford University to obtain my degrees, and I will accomplish my goals in my education through their University.

    Course highlights:

    In EXP 105 Personal Dimensions of Education course I learned a lot about my learning personal goals. I learned a lot about myself and I am continuing to learn more about myself while I finish these last few weeks.

    Advice for students:

    For the upcoming students that will have to take this course please read the directions carefully and listen to the instructor. Once you follow all the directions and take the advice you will succeed with flying colors in this course.
