Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because market forces (capitalism) have impacted different literacies and learning how to analyze and interpret it is very important in today's society. Not only because it gets your imagination going but it also gives you a place to understand where writers are coming from.

    Course highlights:

I liked the outline to the course because each week it was more strategic to participate in the discussions first before posting your response because the information is so fresh to talk about that it would sound redundant if I were to post then comment. I learned a bunch about plot, theme, and conflict and different styles of writing.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to read a lot and give yourself time to read all of the short stories so you can participate in the peer discussion posts.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course because it enables you to become a better writer. It breaks down what you are reading and forces you to analyze and show a better understanding.

    Course highlights:

I became a better analyzer, looking at all sides and finding a deeper meaning in what I read. To me the whole course was very enlightened.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

When taking this course don't just read any of the stories, look at them from the characters pov, meaning place yourself in the situation and state what.you are going through.
