    It's important for companies to play a role in the society they serve, to stay successful.

    Great course as it helped gave insights into the complex environment business organization operate

    Course highlights:

    This course helped me apply the concepts of morality, virtue, and ethics as they relate to the behavior of management and employees. This course also helped me distinguish between organizational responsibilities to employees and organizational responsibilities to stockholders.
