    Course Overview:

    I would recommend this class because in the field of Mass Communication, it is important to know how to communicate effectively at all times, especially when conflict arises.

    Course highlights:

    I learned the importance of communicating effectively and remaining calm during hostile situations.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Do the readings, educate yourself on each chapter as you possibly can, and always do your absolute best.
