Not too easy. Not too difficult.
If you are close to your grandparents or have parents that are "seniors" this class is very informative in dealing with their current state of mind and emotions, how they deal with loss and explains the Medicare and Medicaid systems.
I think the most interesting that I learned in this class was how elders deal with their physically changing body and mind and how they deal with loss of their spouses. I also learned that elders are often depressed but most are not diagnosed because they have other physical illnesses and depression gets overlooked.

Advice for students:
Great class to take if you are close to elders and very informative; the book also wasn't difficult to get into if you are interested for the well being of elders.
