    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to anyone taking a interest in that of the supervisory role at an organization or a company. This course will teach you the ins and the outs of being there for your team and to give them a hand when it comes to that of being a role player in the workplace. It presents valuable lessons to learn when managing a team and how to conduct yourself as an individual.

    Course highlights:

The main highlights of this course is to get you acquainted with that of being a supervisor or a manager of a company. I learned a lot from this course because it showed great emphasis on how to apply the knowledge of training to the actual task of managing a team in an effective way.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

The advice that I would give future students taking this course is to be on time with assignments and to understand what the instructions are saying. Also, applying information from previous weeks into your assignments are also a large part of passing this class.
