Not too easy. Not too difficult.
This course is amazing, by far my most challenging, but also my most rewarding. It takes Urban Planning, development, and management to a whole new level than the class before. It is so interesting to dig into your communities challenges and how they work through them. You become so much more aware of the things that have gone completely unnoticed throughout the time your have lived in your community. You are introduced to the multitude of levels and aspects that go into urban planning, it is seriously amazing.
Please refer to my first response, it would be so difficult to hightlight the course or to outline what I have learned, there is no way I could possibly do it justice. It is my last class at Ashford before I graduate, and in all my time, I can honestly say that this is without a doubt my most favorite class, hands down.

Advice for students:
It is hard to give a rating on difficulty, it is not a hard class, it is just an in-depth class. But do not let that scare you away from it, you will not regret taking this class, incredibly interesting and I actually enjoy the work.
