I think that this class is very informative and one that anyone looking into becoming an educator should take. The course gives you a deeper look in to the responsibilities that teachers have in the nutrition of the children that they are teaching.
The part that I found most interesting was the steps that one needs to take to help prevent allergy related accidents from occurring with in the classroom. It is important to inform students and nutritional personnel on the allergies of students so that their safety is a number on priority.

I would tell any student looking to take this class to be prepared to cover lots of information. Do no think that this class is a vague concept of nutrition. It encompasses more than just the foods that students eat and drink. There are many aspects of nutrition that may not come to mind at first and you will explore them in this class. Be ready to learn.
