I recommend it due to every student, parent, employee and person has stress in their lives. Learning to manage that stress is the greatest gift a class can give you. The professor is top notch and gives many different materials to help with all the assignments as well as help to get through the class easily.
I learned about meditation. I have tried it many times in the past, however, this particular style of meditation worked perfect! The videos and learning materials were catered to just how I learn and were not only informative, they were interesting. It made this class seem easy because I got so much out of it.

If you have issues dealing with stress or any issues dealing with your spirituality, this class will help you sort these issues out. There are so many different alternatives for relaxation techniques in the class. So much material to use personally and for the studies of the course.
