I truly love the professor and have take a few of her classes. She has many experiences in the health care. She also has many degrees and certifications. No matter what, you will learn from her! She also applies her experiences to her classes and has many life skills that she teaches to her class.
Stress for Workers and also how to deal with outside, inside stress as well as how stress is good for the body. Not all stress is bad. In addition, you can apply this to your own life as well as others who are feeling stress.

This is a great course for those in healthcare or wellness studies. You can learn a lot about yourself and others in terms of stress management in today's life. Many times families work many jobs and time at home is little or none. Knowing there are sills and tactics to coping are a plus.
