    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Joyce is a very good teacher. She explains all topics very well, gives plenty of practice time, and wants all students to succeed. The grading scale is also pretty easy and getting a good grade with a little studying is very possible.

    Course highlights:

This course covered debits/credits and all other basic accounting principles from a financial standpoint. Preparing financial statements was a very big part of this course and a large majority of the tests were preparing financial statements.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

It is an intro course and really not that hard. I am a non-business major and did just fine in this course. Joyce is very willing to help so definitely go ask any questions you might have.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Heaston can be a bit dry, but he walks you through it and teaches you how accounting works.

    Course highlights:

Heaston walks you through accounting and expects participation which really helps everyone learn it. I had a much stronger understanding of business and managerial accounting because of this class.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Even though it is more work during the semester, the tests are easier because you will understand the material.
