    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I thought is was a great introduction course for the leadership concentration and a very innovative idea for Drake University. The discussion based classes were challenging in a different way than most other classes and forced more critical thinking as opposed to factual memorization.

    Course highlights:

This course was reading intensive and included several class discussions of articles about leadership, historical speeches, a book, and even several essays we wrote. I learned the basics of what make a good leader, and also what makes a good follower or team member. This class peaked my interest in what else the leadership concentration at Drake might have to offer me.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Come in with an open mind and be ready to participate. The more attentive you are, the more you will get out of the class.
