Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class was challenging but I loved it! The dialogue created in each class allowed for all points of view to be expressed and the environment was inclusive. The books that we read were informational and I especially loved that we got to read The Buffalo Creek Disaster. It provided a different view of how law works in the civil system.

    Course highlights:

I loved the volunteer portion of the class. It was unexpected, but the family that I worked with was lovely. We got to work with refugees in a variety of ways and it was an experience that I won't forget.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you read all of the readings! There are random pop quizzes that are a chunk of your grade. Also make sure to do your weekly journals ON TIME!
