Fitness and Wellness inspired me to be as healthy as I can be. This class went beyond lectures and book work encouraging us to develop healthy habits by actively participating.
We were taught how to lose weight correctly, how to eat well and how to properly exercise. I walked away a healthier happier person and was able to take what I learned to help others.
