    | Would highly recommend.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    Fitness and Wellness inspired me to be as healthy as I can be. This class went beyond lectures and book work encouraging us to develop healthy habits by actively participating.

    Course highlights:

    We were taught how to lose weight correctly, how to eat well and how to properly exercise. I walked away a healthier happier person and was able to take what I learned to help others.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Listen and actively participate in the class. I learned so much because I applyed what I learned. By the end of the class you will see results in your health and be able to share what you learned with others.
