Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class is great for anyone interested in going into health care. They not only teach anatomy, but also discuss medical problems that many people are affected with. It is very hands on and interactive.

    Course highlights:

Different medical conditions, anatomy of the body, anatomical landmarks, physiology of the body, different medical terms. We were also able to look at human cadavers and get hands on visuals of human anatomy.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take advantage of the review sessions and go to class in order to get accurate notes. The best way to study anatomy is to memorize. It helps to make flashcards and diagrams.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

My class was at 8 in the morning on South Campus. The teachers were great but I wish they spent more time with material. It felt rushed. Some TAs could have been better. Wish there was more than 3 tests.

    Course highlights:

A real cadaver was shown to teach students the human body and how each part connects with each other.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Attend any and all TA tutoring. They review the lessons and you are allowed to ask questions you can't ask in class.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Take this course as soon as possible, before taking any osteo., physio, or neuro course

    Course highlights:

I found out too late, but take this course freshman if you're in any health related major. This course gives you a head-start if you're required to take course related to the human body which is almost every class if you're a bio major.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Study with a partner when possible and try to stay ahead with assignments. Those homework assignment deadlines are really annoying to deal with when you're trying to focus on studying.
