    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I wouldn't recommend this course because the professor is very bad at keeping grades posted and feedback on written tasks take up to a month to get back. She tends to get off topic when asked a question in class and communication regarding emails or office hours are difficult since there are cancellations.

    Course highlights:

I liked studying the varying schools of thought within literature and that there are more ways to analyze a text depending on the context of the author or the reader.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

There is definitely a need to stay up to date on the readings, I would even go on to look up additional information just to solidify your understanding before the next class. I would also make it a weekly habit to refer to the syllabus in case there are differing deadlines of assignments due. There is a ten page paper due at the end of the course so it would be beneficial to keep that in mind and begin deliberating about certain topics.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend because professor miller was invested in his syllabus and came into every class prepared with specific talking points from the reading that he wanted the class to hit on with discussion. However, sometimes the assigned readings were a bit long considering the tue/thur scheduling of the class.

    Course highlights:

Personally, the Cyborg Manifesto was an interesting piece about human nature and perhaps the future of human nature when machines become more advanced. I learned how to analyze, criticize works better.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Stay up to date on the readings!
