Not too easy. Not too difficult.
I would recommend this class because my professor was really great. He knew what he was talking about, encouraged students to ask questions if they didn't understand something in lecture, and the topics he discussed were fairly interesting.
I learned quite a bit from taking this course. For starters, I learned about the biological processes that occur when a person experiences stress. I also learned about the effects of stress on a person's mental health, social health, and emotional health. Lastly, I learned that reading journal articles aren't all that bad.

Advice for students:
Some advice I would give to students considering this course would be to make sure you read the journal articles the professor assigns; the group discussions are not bad at all, yes there are group discussions every week. My group was actually pretty awesome. We ended up having some great discussions just based off of the articles assigned. Lastly, just make sure you attend class. Professor Poulin posts very vague notes online, so if you miss class you won't have everything you need in order to get a decent grade on the exams.
