    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The professor makes chemistry as interesting as it can be; she is passionate about what she does, and has a happy, bubbling personality.

    Course highlights:

You pick up where CHE101 left off. I liked learning about nuclear chemistry, which was briefly covered in this course.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do all of the homework, and show up to class.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course if you're looking into the pre-medical field and trying to expand your knowledge of chemistry. Chemistry 102 is tested quite heavily on the MCAT and doing wel here can pave the path to success on the MCAT and even organic chemistry, a subject most students find difficult.

    Course highlights:

Chemistry is the central science. Everywhere you look around can be explained by chemistry. This course relates to alot of the chemical processes we see in our daily lives. Like chemical kinetics will teach you how fast something rusts. Acid-Base equilibria will teach you about the solutions you see daily. My favorite chapter was Environmental chemistry which taught me about the current affect of certain gases on our planet, leading to smog, global warming, and acid rain. And how we're tackling these issues.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Get ready to work hard and learn a lot. There's homework weekly which can be time consuming. Also it can be tempting not to go to class and sleep in because the lectures are recorded, but trust me you'll fall behind and the information can become overwhelming. Work consistently and manage your time.

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I hated this class. The professor mumbled everything, the classroom was uncomfortable, just everything about the class was awful.

    Course highlights:

Lab was fun? Despite having an awful professor I had a good TA, labs were interesting enough and the TA taught me everything I know about chem

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I have nothing. I'd say go to class, but that barely even mattered
