    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Bing Gong's lectures are not recorded nor does he have attendance questions. To succeed in this class, you must attend lecture and pay attention. Bing Gong is tends to make jokes, that are actually pretty funny.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot of new things about organic chemistry, i've learned to enjoy chemistry and that this course is all about studying. Highlights of this course would be the jokes that Bing Gong makes during the lecture, its pretty amusing.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to study each chapter thoroughly. The exams are not difficult if you do the practice questions that are in the textbook. In organic chemistry, it is all about trying again.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it provides the basis for life (how the human body works, chemicals used in household objects, chemicals needed to produce the desired reaction, etc.) and it is a required course if one wishes to be involved in the medical community.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of the course were the labs because it was interesting to see how certain chemical structures (alkanes, alkenes, alkynes, etc.) react with solvents in order to produce structurally different products. I learned that organic chemistry is the basis of everyday life, and its processes.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

For students considering this course, they should expect a lot of studying, going to office hours, and reading the textbook. In addition, they should try not to fall behind because it is extremely difficult to catch up to the material.
