    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because the professor goes into specific detail with all of the topics. In addition, he corrects certain statements that are wrong in the textbook and tells students what the true statements actually are.

    Course highlights:

There were lots of highlights in this course. Some of the interesting things that I learned from this class ranged from interactions with hydrophobic molecules to ATP not being the only energy source for active transport. For the former, I learned that interactions with hydrophobic molecules are not "hydrophobic bonds," rather, they are called "hydrophobic aggregations." For the latter, I learned that it's not just ATP that provides energy for active transport, it's also the negative change in free energy that provides energy as well.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Before you enter class, make sure you read the preview presentation(s) Professor Hennessey puts up so you can get an overview of what he'll talk about in class. When you go to class, be sure to take notes and ask questions if you have any. He LIKES questions. After you leave class, watch the lecture(s) online. As you watch the lectures, write the notes on a separate piece of paper. After you have done those two tasks, read your written notes whenever you have free time. When you feel confident that you know the lecture, take quizzes that he uploads online to test your knowledge. If you get the questions wrong, be sure to talk to Dr. Hennessey via email, in-class, out-of-class or during his office hours. You can also talk to the teacher's assistants as well. The teacher's assistants are very helpful. Last but not least, make sure that you UNDERSTAND the material, instead of MEMORIZING it.

    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend it because she makes Bio fun to learn, this is my second time repeating the course and I am doing much better now than I was before. The slides are short and precise and she makes it very easy to understand it all along with TopHat for bonus points.

    Course highlights:

The top hat questions, I learned a lot more with professor Hudson then I did before.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you attend class, print the lectures as well as rewatch them.
