Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course was great at making the students think critically and write college level papers. The instructor was wonderful at answering questions and providing helpful feedback on assignments and papers. The course material was not majorly difficult, but it did require some effort and will to learn.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course was the amount of information I gained such as grammar and sentence structure, how to properly write a thesis, and the correct way to make an outline for an essay.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If you want to succeed in this course you have to be willing to learn. Otherwise you will not get anything out of this course and it will be difficult. Overall, this was a great class and I would highly recommend it.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Yes I would because it assist you with technical writing and can really eliminate some of the mark downs most people receive from writing poorly formatted papers.

    Course highlights:

I learned proper punctuation, sentence formatting, the rules to writing and how to create personal profiles which is an excellent area to know.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Be open minded, the correct you receive is not personal the instructor truly is giving you feedback to better help you draft your project, pay close attention to what is being asked of you, and follow instructions precisely or as best you can.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Although this class was probably the hardest English class I will take between high school and college, Mrs. Rechkemmer was one of the best teachers I will ever have. Ms. Rechkemmer will make you stressed out to the point you may cry, but she will push everyone to improve their grammar and other English skills better than any college professor will.

    Course highlights:

Ms. Rechkemmer will teach you to not use the word "like" in your everyday speech when it is improper, which is annoying, but will improve the way you sound when you speak. She taught me, not only English but not to blame others when it is really your own fault, which you learn from reading a novel. She is an amazing teacher that will teach you so much in the time you are in her class.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Well, since my high school was not provided on this list, I put the college that we are through because they did not provide a link to say "my school is not listed". Mrs. Rechkemmer currently teaches at the Greene County High School in Jefferson, Iowa if you are considering her as a teacher, well, you will have to go back to high school.
