    Study, make sure you do your homework even if is not graded because the teacher knows why he/she assigns it to you

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    I recommend this course because of the quality anf the positive feedback that your receive from your teacher.

    How all different types of food impact your body differently.

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    There is a lot of homework but to not let that discourage you. I completed one topic a week to stay on track.
