She's a great teacher who wants to teach how to be healthier. Even if a student isn't a health major I would still recommend taking this course to learn about a healthier lifestyle.
We learn about the basics of a good diet, and how to improve meals. How much vitamins and minerals are needed in a diet and what function they serve.

I made a lot of flashcards because there's a lot of vocabulary and numbers that students need to know, but the overall concept isn't difficult.
