    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It’s an interesting course material wise but large lectures aren’t appealing. Discussion sections need to be better focused and less elementary

    Course highlights:

I loved the disorders section and learned quite a bit

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read and take thorough notes! Don’t skip too many lecture sessions

    | Would recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The material learned in lecture and in discussion was very interesting in regards to how humans are and how our bodies grow as we mature.

    Course highlights:

One major highlight in my experience was how the human brain grows from when we are an infant to a full grown adult.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Listen to the professor, even though students write what is up on the presentation, much of what the professor says is the important information.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I am a psychology major so I took this course as a requirement of my gen ed. This professor is one of my most favorite ones because he is very engaging in his lectures and also knowledgeable with the background of psychology. I highly recommend this course and professor.

    Course highlights:

I learned the lobes of the brain and their meaning. (ex: temporal, parietal, occipital, frontal). The stages that we go through as we get older. (Piaget's theory)

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

write down his lecture slides and listen to him elaborate more on the subject when he talks. I wouldn't rely on the course book, most of test questions are from the lectures and discussions.
