    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

it helps student understand how the world's economy is and how to determine the development characteristic and how countries with natural resources are still poor despite their capacity to develop. those countries are called by Paul Collier the Bottom Billion countries.

    Course highlights:

I learn that GDP growth does not mean development. Development has its own characteristics without which a country with a great GDP growth cannot be considered as developed. those standards are: Health, Education, GDP per capita, life expectancy, good governance...

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advice them to read the books and start earlier their assignment, be always on time in class communicate with the instructor and follows his instructions.
