Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class or any class with Jennifer Haylett. She is an amazing professor and makes long lectures fun and interesting. especially when they are smaller classes because it is more discussion based. Gender and society as a class is super amazing and interesting but it is a bit of a recap in the beginning if it is the second or third class you have taken within the sociology classes especially if Jennifer Haylett was your professor for the other classes.

    Course highlights:

I like how everyone can relate to at least one thing we talked about in class. It is a great intro class to sociology if you just want to know some basics. it also though is a repeat of some of the things from intro sociology or intro of Family.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

TAKE IT!! you will not regret it. Jennifer Haylett is an amazing professor and she truly cares about her students. If you find yourself struggling to understand go and talk to her during office hours or make an appointment somewhere on campus.
