Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course teaches students the basics of chemistry and serves as a great review for students looking to in prove and further their knowledge of chemistry.

    Course highlights:

What I enjoyed from this course is that not only did I review the material I learned in AP Chemistry I also understood the material more easily.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Reading the textbook may sound hard, however in this course the textbook has in depth information about the topics where as lectures don't provide as much information.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would completely recommend this course to start off the long chain of chemistry courses needed by pre-med students. I hadn't taken a chemistry since my sophomore year in high school, so this provided a well taught, and informational class that prepared me for the following chemistry courses.

    Course highlights:

Highlights would be the how helpful every instructor, from the TAs to the lectures, were. They provide a welcoming and helpful environment in all office hours and could even help right after class itself.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the homework ahead of time. Doing so allows taking the time to learn the material without being rushed last minute. That alone will be extremely beneficial to actually learning the material, relieving the stress of midterm and final studying

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend taking this course because it creates a good transition between high school chemistry and college chemistry.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course would be the scheduling, they give you the same basic schedule every week. My favorite part of this course when we went over nuclear radiation(at the very end).

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not fall behind because once you do, it is extremely hard to catch up.
