    | Would recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend taking this class and taking it with Irene Lottini. She is from Florence herself and brings in a lot of cultural aspects of Italy and it makes the class fun and enjoyable. It is also a great language to learn for any art major because many forms of art and their terms have roots in other countries.

    Course highlights:

Very interactive. You learn to use the accents and speak with others in class so you get used to how it sounds when talk in this other language. You receive no busy work and every assignment you are given is very much helpful. I learned many verbs and how to conjugate them in other tenses. I learned definitions of many nouns. I learned sentence structure and how to form whole thoughts in the language of Italian.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Take thorough notes and read over them every night. Remember the definitions of all the verbs and nouns because when you begin forming full thoughts you will need to remember what to say when. Also, one bad quiz will not wreck you're whole grade and somethings you'll pick up way easier than others so just try to put your best foot forward.
