Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor Tate sets his students up for success by making course expectations clear and teaching concepts thoroughly with relatable examples. The content is interesting because it affects anyone who takes the course regardless of demographic.

    Course highlights:

Talking about case studies from all over the world was really interesting.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the textbook even if it isn't necessary to do well in the homework, it will really help.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The lecture course is often very full with around 300 students, which is not my preference.

    Course highlights:

This course is very broad in covering many aspects of environmental issues.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

This is a good general course that exposes students to a variety of current and practical environmental issues that directly and indirectly affect students. This course is a good option that I would recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This course was fairly graded, and if you put in the work, the grade would show. The amount of effort you put into the class, the better you do. All the requirements are clearly stated at the beginning of the course and in the syllabus, and it is easy to follow as long as you keep up with the material.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot abut the environment and issues that are currently occurring today. It was interesting to learn about how issues globally can effect people everywhere and how you can start to notice things in your everyday life that you learned in this class.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Prof. Sanders is a great teacher and really cares about students feedback, so if you ever have any questions, feel free to stop by her office hours. She is very helpful.
