This course gives students the opportunity to learn how to perform a comparative analysis of legal systems, using the British Legal System as our initial sample. We also have the chance to meet with British legal professionals and explore their judiciary spaces. Lastly, the program includes chances to visit and intimately experience famous sites throughout the city. This course has had the ultimate effect of encouraging me to explore other foreign places and become familiar with their unique legal systems.
I will learn the way the unique form of the Barrister system, in comparison to our US bar admission process.
