    I would recommend this course to anyone who wants to get in to the health and fitness industry, its a great start into the industry and you can and will learn a lot

    my advice for this course would be to study your notes and pay attention in every class because every lecture information and task is vital for your assignments and exams and to write questions about the topic and answer them and see if you get it correct then repeat to help gain a better understanding of the topic.
