    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend this course because it heavily hits major concepts of thermodynamics that all engineers should master.

    Course highlights:

I learned the details of key thermodynamic cycles and am now able to solve for properties at each stage such as pressure, temperature, enthalpy etc.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Before each exam, study by doing many practice problems ON YOUR OWN. Studying in a group isn't as beneficial in this class.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Make sure to take notes in class! He does not post notes online

    Course highlights:

This class applies to most engineering courses in the future.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Take notes in class, and go to class, because there are pop quizzes.

    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because of the professor. Garvin is a great teacher, and not only does he convey the information well, but he makes it interesting to learn.

    Course highlights:

Systems.. You learn a lot about different cycles and systems in the thermo dynamic process and gain a good general understanding of how it works.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Seeing as it's a requirement for engineers, definitely take this class. It's not easy and the tests are specifically pretty tough, so getting a good teacher is crucial for success.
