    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I really enjoyed this course! The material was interesting, and in most cases, relatable to what was going on in the modern day. As a piece of advice for this course, attend as many lectures as possible. A lot of the material covered in lectures shows up in the exams, so it is important to show up and take notes.

    Course highlights:

There were a lot of things about American history that I had heard of, but did not really know anything about. A great example of that would be the Salem Witch Trials. This class goes into great detail as to why that dark period took place in a logical manner.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Going to the course lectures definitely helped me solidify some of the information that we covered in readings. I also found that the most helpful recitation meetings were the ones when my whole class participated. Lastly, it is better to answer a question, get it wrong, and be corrected in class than it is to get that question wrong on an exam.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

You learn a lot about American history in such a short amount of time.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about the untold stories of American history, was this class went in depth about a lot of key events that made us who we are to this day.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Show up to class and take very good notes. If you take good notes you will do very well on the exams because the questions on the exams come straight from the material he tells you in class.
