Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it is a very interesting course and taught in a way that is easy to understand.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course would be the section on sketelal muscle and bone. I found this most interesting because it translates to what I want to work with when I'm a PT.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to class everyday and pay attention she will give you the tools that you need to succeed in the class. Also going to supplemental instruction works as well.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

She does an excellent job in teaching this course. She's not like other professors or teachers that I have had in the past. Instead of reading off powerpoints and listing random facts, she really explains each topic that she covers and makes sure that her students fully understand it.

    Course highlights:

We went through the different systems of the human body. What I really liked about this course is that there is a lab that goes along with the class. Having a lab really helped me understand that material further because I am a visual learner. We were able to dissect a cat and look at the different parts and systems of the cat to be able to compare it to the human body.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't be afraid to ask your professors questions. They are willing to help you. Also, make a study guide or flash cards for the exams and mnemonics to help you memorize certain structures or bone groups.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This is a great course for anyone interested in a health career. All basic principles of anatomy are covered in detail, starting out with simple anatomical nomenclature and then working your way through each body system.

    Course highlights:

I learned to name every bone including origins and insertions, all muscles and muscle groups, all body systems, and anatomical nomenclature.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would recommend having background knowledge in anatomy before taking this course. Make sure to keep up on studying weekly.
