    Definitely study throughout the semester not just a few days before the exam. A lot of material to cover!

    Course Overview:

    I absolutely loved this class. Dr. Ekkekakis is such an intriguing professor. I found myself listening to his lecture the entire hour every class period! Doesn't believe in busy work but actually gives you homework that connects to real world experience and research.

    Course highlights:

    Covered topics in how exercise alarmingly lowers your risk for cardiovascular disease, alzheimer's disease, depression and anxiety.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Fill out all of his study guides! He even gives you some test questions that are taken directly from the exam!!
