Pretty easy, overall.
This class is a great introductory course about food, food labels, and being a consumer. It is very interesting especially if you are going into a food related field or are a foodie at heart.
The homework assignments are not too time consuming and help prepare for quizzes and exams. I learned a lot about the use of different ingredients and food in general.

Use the quizzes to study for exams. Some questions are repeated. Review the PowerPoint slides, and go to class!
