Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend taking Econ 101. I recommend this course due tho the fact you learn basic fundamentals about our economy. It is a nice class to receive a lot of basic knowledge about how our society functions. This class requires you to use real life situation and makes you really think. It is a challenge to apply sometimes but overall the class gives you so much insight on the world.

    Course highlights:

I have not yet finished the cause due to being a freshman, but there have already been highlights to this class. The professor is very entertaining and tries her best to get her student to interact with each other and herself. The biggest factor that has helped me the most so far is that Miyoung has lecture slides up on our blackboard accounts. This helps me tremendously to be able to look back over what we talked about in class and take even better notes on my own.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be involved with group work at the end of class. This part of class makes you work with others and actually apply what we were taught that day in class. Another plus is you get to meet new people that way too. Also, take good notes. You have multiple opportunities to help yourself.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

HE goes off about random things that are not necessary in class. It is frusterating, and there is so many graphs and he does not do a good job of explaining anything.

    Course highlights:

Honestly didn't learn too much. It was not a good course. If you have to take it i would highly recomend taking it with someone else or somewhere where your grade won't transfer.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't take it. If you do, make sure to read the textbook because he doesn't actually teach. The homework is tough as well. SO make sure you take your time doing it.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The material is not to confusing but the professor makes the material harder than it needs to be. The tests are exceptionally hard and the only thing that saves students is the massive curves he puts on them!

    Course highlights:

You learn a lot about economics and how they function. But you also learn a lot about his life stories that aren't that great.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Study and take advantage of the economics help room in Heady Hall
