    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I highly recommend this course! I took it because I plan on joining the military and I thought having some background in Arabic would be helpful. Ghinwa is an excellent professor and she takes the class slowly through the basics of Arabic. By the end of the first semester you will be able to ask and answer basic questions in Arabic both in writing and in dialogue.

    Course highlights:

Learning a new language is always a bit intimidating, especially one like Arabic. However, the professor for this class took things slow and steady and made the class incredibly welcoming and she made the material easy to comprehend.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If you plan on taking this course be ready to put in work. You will have 50 minute classes four days a week and you will homework almost every time you leave you leave class. But if you put in the effort the class will be fun and well worth it.
