    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Great and well informed professor. Be prepared to learn in this class this professor does not let things slide coming to work. I am aware the other professor is considered much easier, but you learn a lot from Professor Martin. Be willing to ask questions and sit in the front row. side note to keep in mind.- This is the harder professor that you can choose from.

    Course highlights:

How to correctly read an food label... I mean who would've thought coconut oil is bad for you!? I mean in moderation... :)

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be aware this professor is the more difficult one.
