    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Great professor who will do everything possible to help you be successful in the course.

    Course highlights:

You are assigned a question that is related to nutrition (i.e. Is a gluten free diet healthy?), and you are required to research that topic and form an opinion of your own, based on your research. Along with this assignment, you learn about the digestion and absorption of macro-nutrients and the functions of vitamins and minerals.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to as many review sessions as possible, get the book and read it thoroughly, ask questions when you don't understand something.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is well organized and allows you to learn a lot dealing with human nutrition.

    Course highlights:

Through this course, I have learned a lot about the human body and its' processes. I learned the body's responses to not having food available or when there is ample energy available.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

It is very helpful to pay attention in class. If you put the time in to study before exams and take well-organized notes, you will understand and succeed.
