Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would like to recommend this course. This course is not very difficult but it provides many useful insights of labor economics. It is highly related to the daily life, which can motivate us to dig more. The models we have learned help us to build logical thought to solve the problem.

    Course highlights:

How do break down the big questions into small pieces. For example, when we explore the unemployment rate, it is useless to just use the unemployed people divided by the labor force because we also need to consider other factors The right way is to break down the total labor force and analyze how will each factor affect unemployment rate.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

read the text book. Talk with tutors frequently.
