Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It's an excellent course for anyone majoring/minoring in psychology and offers students an overview of the major topics in social psychology. Mark Baldwin is makes the course even more interesting with his witty humour and fun but effective teaching style.

    Course highlights:

The course focuses on three levels of analysis, beginning with individual processes (e.g., attitudes, attribution), then interpersonal processes (e.g., attraction, communication, love) and finally social influence processes (e.g., conformity, norms, roles, reference groups).

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Attend class and revise the contents of the lecture regularly.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

His lectures did not really follow the textbook and his evaluations were pretty tricky. Interesting content, but he didn't teach it well.

    Course highlights:

    The content was very interesting

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you read the textbook. Most of the evaluations did not reflect what he said in class.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This course taught me so much about every day life and the aspects about the situation we are in that will affect the way we act and even behave.

    Course highlights:

The teacher is amazingly dynamic and relates the concepts that you learn in class to everyday life and situations. The highlight of the course material for me was learning about attraction and relationships as well as the power of the situation on behaviour.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If you keep up with the readings and go to class, this course with Julie is not difficult and feels more like fun. To do well in the class, you should simply go to class and absorb the important concepts and major experiments in the textbook. Make sure to remember the results of the studies and not to take them for granted.
