Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is extremely visual and interesting. It provides a very hands on perspective to a part of the science research and medicine field we take for granted (histology and in particular the light microscopy and electron microscopy that we are bound to see repeatedly in our degrees).

    Course highlights:

I loved the lab and how it reinforced what we learned each week in lecture. There was a ton of information I took away from the course about how to prepare sections, how to differentiate my tissue sections and it provided a strong base for my work in the future with pathology.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Draw all the diagrams we look at! Label everything! And finally, PRACTICE for the lab exam.
