Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I really enjoyed the professor's style of teaching. He has a great sense of humor, and his use of diagrams made it really simple to understand the different economic mechanisms at play.

    Course highlights:

We learned about the major macroeconomic mechanisms, including inflation, exchange rates, the monetary system, and real GDP as related to price level.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Always make sure to go to class. The professor explains things very well in person, and he does say things in class that are not in the textbook. This information WILL show up on the exam, so it is best to hear him explain it himself and have a full understanding, rather than just rely on someone else to tell you secondhand. Also, go to the conferences. His conference sheets are a great complement to what is going on in class. Despite having taken macroeconomics in the past, I found the conference questions to be quite engaging and difficult. They really do contribute to a complete understanding of the different economic concepts.
