Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This is an extremely interesting class with lots of pertinent information for anyone interested in biology or environmental sciences. The class is well structured and the material is fun and engaging.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course is the in-depth information about evolutionary mechanisms that are not so nicely explained in high school or CEGEP courses. It is also very interesting to talk about the real-life experiments that have taken place that prove evolution can happen over shorter periods of time. This class makes it easy for you to become passionate about evolution and ecology.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would suggest that you keep up with the readings and the lectures. A good idea is to review your class notes at the end of each week so that when it comes down to memorize important things for the midterm and final, it feels less overwhelming.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

A lot of memorization for the midterm, I found the assignments were graded very harshly, and I found the final extremely unfair. I would not reccomend this course!

    Course highlights:

I honestly didn't learn much. We discussed stuff about evolution and ecology that I'd already learned in my introductory biology courses.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Study a lot for the midterm, there is a lot of memorization but it was way easier than the final.
